NEW BRAUNFELS, TX – A semi truck accident occurred on Friday, July 29, when an 18-wheeler tractor trailer rolled over on its side on the northbound I-35 access road in the Creekside area.

A tractor-trailer that was carrying a load of dog food rolled over onto its side on the northbound access road of Interstate 35 in New Braunfels, TX just north of FM 306 on July 29, 2011.

KNGB reports that the accident happened a few minutes before 10am in the 28-hundred block of I-35 North, on the northbound access road, in front of the Verizon Wireless Store at the Creekside Shopping Center, just north of FM 306.

since the truck, which ended up on its side, was blocking 2 of 3 lanes, New Braunfels Police and Fire crews blocked off traffic at that intersection.

There were no injuries reported at the time of the accident.

The incident remains under investigation at this time.
