Houston truck accident lawyer, Gordon, Elias & Seely, says that an overloaded truck or one that is traveling down the road with an unsecured load is a dangerous and deadly hazard. If the center of gravity is off by even a small amount, that truck could tip over and land on the car next to them. Truck drivers and trucking companies are accountable for their negligence in loading the trailer or flatbed of a commercial truck. They must exercise the highest standards of safety, particularly when a load contains hazardous or volatile material.
