INDIANAPOLIS, IN – A bus returning from church camp crashed in Indianapolis, IN killing 3 passengers on July 27, 2013. The bus, with 37 people aboard, was returning to the Colonial Hills Baptist Church in Indianapolis and was only about a mile and a half from its destination after a 365 mile return trip. Among the occupants were adults, teenagers and children.

IRVING, Texas — One of the worst bus accidents in the history of the United States just occurred in Irving Texas this morning where officials report that 41 people were injured and two were killed when a private charter bus, owned by Cardinal Coach Lines of Mansfield, overturned. Witnesses reported that bodies were stacked upon each other, people were moaning and crying in pain. There were people in shock, many with broken bones and serious injuries and several dead who were crushed under the bus. Passenger Dan Risik told NBC 5 that the charter bus was headed to Choctaw Casino Resort in Durant, Okla.

YUCAIPA, Calif. — Eight people were killed and dozens more were injured in a bus crash Sunday, Feb. 3, near Yucaipa, California. The bus was carrying dozens of men, women and children from Tijuana, Mexico, who had spent Sunday at a winter recreation area.

NEW WAVERLY, TX – A semi truck driver was killed in a crash with another tractor trailer in New Waverly, TX on July 6, 2012. Shortly after the accident, a prison bus slammed head-on into one of the wreckers that was working at the scene of the original accident, seriously injuring two wrecker drivers and sending six inmates and three guards to the hospital for treatment.

MOBILE, AL – A charter bus carrying 48 band students and two chaperones from Del Rio, Texas, was traveling to Orlando Florida when it collided with an overturned 18 wheeler near the Mississippi line early Monday, injuring about two dozen people.
