CHRISTIANA, DE – A truck accident on a highway in New Castle County, Delaware caused major traffic delays Thursday afternoon, December 2nd. A semi trailer flipped over as it was taking the ramp from Interstate 95 onto Delaware State Route 1 near the city of Christiana, DE. Delaware woman hits semi truck after running a red light

At approximately 11:45 a.m. Saturday, 50 year old Mary A. Deconstanza of Wilmington, DE was driving a 2007 Volkswagen Beetle, traveling east on Faulkland Road near Brandywine State Park. According to local police, when Ms. Deconstanza reached the intersection of Faulkland Road and Newport Gap Pike/Route 41, she allegedly failed to obey her traffic signal which was red.
