LINVILLE FALLS, NC – A semi driver faces multiple charges after being involved in a fatal truck accident Sunday, Ferbruary 27, in McDowell County, North Carolina. The passenger in the tractor trailer died after the semi crashed on U.S. Highway 221 near the city of Linville Falls. The truck accident occurred in the far west part of the state near the Tennessee border, about 82 miles north of Spartanburg, South Carolina and about 153 miles east of Knoxville, TN.

On Sunday 53 year old David B. Small of New Jersey was driving a semi trailer truck through western North Carolina, amidst the Blue Ridge Mountains. There was one passenger in the tractor trailer at the time of the truck accident, identified as 51 year old Ricky D. McDuffie of Bishopville, South Carolina. SPRINGFIELD, MO – A semi truck accident spilled a load of mayonnaise Saturday evening, February 26, on a highway in Greene County, Missouri. The single vehicle crash occurred in the westbound lanes of Interstate 44 near the juncture with U.S. Highway 65 in the city of Springfield, MO. The truck accident area is in the southwest part of Missouri, about 128 miles east of Parsons, Kansas and about 78 miles north of Harrison, Arkansas.

On Saturday an unidentified man was driving a semi trailer truck through Greene County in southwest Missouri. The semi driver was hauling approximately 40,000 pounds of mayonnaise at the time of the truck accident. The driver’s destination is not known however the boxes were labeled for delivery to Subway, a restaurant chain based in Milford, Connecticut. It is believed the cargo was on its way to several of the company’s restaurants.

BRUNSWICK, ME – An early morning truck accident closed down part of a highway in Cumberland County, Maine for several hours Sunday, February 20. The semi driver was on Interstate 295 when he suddenly lost control and went off the highway near the city of Brunswick, ME. The truck accident area is in the far southeast tip of the state, about 106 miles southwest of Bangor, ME and about 78 miles north of Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

On Sunday morning Frederick Durkee of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada was driving a semi trailer truck through Maine. The tractor trailer is owned by Chebogue Fisheries, Ltd of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia and was carrying approximately 20,000 pounds of fish at the time of the truck accident.
