WEST ALMOND, NY – A semi driver was hurt in a rollover truck accident Saturday morning, March 5, on a highway in Alleghany County, New York. Authorities believe the driver may have suffered a medical emergency just before he drove off Interstate 86 and flipped the tractor trailer in a ditch near the town of West Almond. The truck accident area is in the western part of New York, about 85 miles south of Rochester, NY and about 136 miles east of Erie, Pennsylvania.

On Saturday morning 41 year old Earl Hilderbrand of Michigan was driving a semi trailer truck through western New York State. PENSACOLA, FL – A truck driver form Pensacola, Florida was driving a Boyett’s truck carrying 3,500 gallons of waste oil from food processing operations when it overturned around 3:30 p.m on the westbound ramp off North Davis Highway onto Interstate 10.

HOUSTON, TX – Officers from the Houston Police Department arrested a local tanker truck driver in early May 2011 who has been accused of illegally dumping hundreds of thousands of gallons of toxic waste into ditches, storm drains, and retention ponds in northwest Houston and adjacent parts of Harris and Waller Counties.

The truck driver, identified as Lonnie Earl Perkins, was followed by police to a deserted lane just off N. Houston-Rosslyn Road where he allegedly emptied the truck’s contents into a drainage ditch. ... Read More

VICTORIA, TX – A Valley Transit Greyhound bus traveling from Houston to McAllen late Wednesday, May 11, was sideswiped by a pick-up truck, causing the bus to swerve into a utility pole. The accident happened just south of Victoria, Texas.

RITZVILLE, WA – A state trooper was hurt Sunday, March 6, in a truck accident on a highway in Adams County, Washington. The law enforcement officer was in his patrol car when it was hit by a semi trailer on U.S. Highway 395 just south of the town of Ritzville. The truck accident occurred in the eastern part of Washington, southwest of the city of Spokane, about 84 miles southwest of Post Falls, Idaho and about 145 miles north of Pendleton, Oregon.

Late Sunday afternoon semi driver James Helms was driving a tractor trailer through eastern Washington State. The driver was pulling a short flatbed trailer which appeared to be empty at the time of the truck accident. LINVILLE FALLS, NC – A semi driver faces multiple charges after being involved in a fatal truck accident Sunday, Ferbruary 27, in McDowell County, North Carolina. The passenger in the tractor trailer died after the semi crashed on U.S. Highway 221 near the city of Linville Falls. SPRINGFIELD, MO – A semi truck accident spilled a load of mayonnaise Saturday evening, February 26, on a highway in Greene County, Missouri. The single vehicle crash occurred in the westbound lanes of Interstate 44 near the juncture with U.S. Highway 65 in the city of Springfield, MO. The truck accident area is in the southwest part of Missouri, about 128 miles east of Parsons, Kansas and about 78 miles north of Harrison, Arkansas.

On Saturday an unidentified man was driving a semi trailer truck through Greene County in southwest Missouri. The semi driver was hauling approximately 40,000 pounds of mayonnaise at the time of the truck accident. The driver’s destination is not known however the boxes were labeled for delivery to Subway, a restaurant chain based in Milford, Connecticut. Both of the truck drivers were charged after the collision which occurred on Interstate 84 in an area northeast of the Salt Lake City metro region.
