WAXAHACHIE, TX – A semi truck carrying a load of heavy paper rolls overturned, October 8, on a transition ramp curve from U.S. 287 onto Interstate 35E in Waxahachie, TX. Waxahachie is located in Ellis County about 41.5 miles southeast of Fort Worth.
OLDHAM COUNTY, TX – A semi truck driver was killed on October 23, when his semi truck jackknifed and overturned on I-40 in Oldham County, TX. Oldham County is located in the Texas panhandle in the northern part of the state. The accident site was on the westbound I-40 eight miles from the New Mexico border and about 64 miles west of Amarillo.
BEAUMONT, TX – One person was killed in a fatal tractor trailer crash on October 22, in Jefferson County, TX just outside of Beaumont. The victim was identified as 41 year old Regina Kay Cole from Beaumont.
ANDREWS, TX – One person was killed in a semi truck accident on October 12, only four days after a new truck route opened in Andrews, Texas. The city of Andrews is located in Andrews County, TX on the western part of the state near the New Mexico border and about 34.5 miles northwest of Odessa.
CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Police said that heavy rain was a factor in a cargo truck accident on I-37 in Corpus Christi, TX that occurred on October 13. Corpus Christi is located in Nueces County, Texas in the southern part of the state about 164 miles north of Brownsville.
MIDLAND, TX – A semi truck driver escaped from his 18-wheeler on October 10, just before his tractor trailer crashed with a Union Pacific train at a rail crossing in Midland, TX.
WACO, TX – A trucker was killed on October 3, when his semi truck crashed and caught fire on I-35 in McLennan County, TX near Waco. The city of Waco is located in McLennan County, Texas in the central part of the state about 95.2 miles southwest of Dallas.
SAN ANTONIO, TX – A semi truck driver lost control of his big rig when he tried to slow down after he felt his 18-wheeler pulling to the right due to the load of limes in the trailer. It was estimated that there were 40,000 lbs of limes in the semi trailer.
DEL VALLE, TX – On Saturday, September 28, a 18-wheeler and SUV crashed in Del Valle, Texas claiming the life of the SUV driver in Del Valle, Texas. Del Valle is located in Travis County in the central part of the state about 7.2 miles southeast of Austin.
