Author: GALVESTON COUNTY, Texas — A dump truck collided with a semi truck hauling liquefied petroleum gas-propane traveling east on FM 517 on Friday, Oct. 26 in Galveston County, Texas forcing the closure of a section of the FM 517 for more than two hours.
