Author: SILOAM SPRINGS, Okla. — The City of Siloam Springs reported that two people were taken to the hospital with injuries after a flatbed semi truck reared-ended the back of a cement truck on a highway near the Oklahoma-Arkansas border.
Two people were hospitalized after a semi truck smacked into the rear of a cement truck on the eastbound side of U.S. Highway 412 in West Siloam Springs, OK just inside the Arkansas/Oklahoma border on May 6, 2013. The tractor trailer was completely demolished.
