MEDWAY, ME – A man was killed Monday morning, August 30, when the semi trailer truck he was driving rolled over and crashed on a highway in Penobscot County, Maine. The truck accident occurred on Interstate 95 near the town of Medway, ME. The accident area is in the central section of the state, about 62 miles north of Bangor, ME and about 175 miles south of Saint-Basile, New Brunswick, Canada.

The tractor truck flipped over onto its left side, dumping tons of wood chips onto the interstate.

LANCASTER, NY – A semi trailer truck went off a highway, crashed into a utility pole and erupted into flames early Saturday morning, August 28, in Erie County, New York. The driver was seriously injured in the truck accident that occurred on the New York Thruway, also known as Interstate 90, in the city of Lancaster, NY. HELLERTOWN, PA – A truck driver was killed Thursday morning, Sept 2, in a fiery truck accident in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley. The fatal rear end collision involved two tractor trailer trucks and a car and occurred on Interstate 78 East in Lower Saucon Township just west of the city of Hellertown. The accident area is in the Allentown metro region in the far east-central section of the state, about 75 miles south of Scranton, PA and about 52 miles northwest of Trenton, New Jersey.

Early Thursday morning 52 year old Mario Chacon of Palmer Township, PA was driving a semi trailer truck east on Interstate 78 near the border between Lehigh and Northampton counties. He apparently was experiencing some kind of mechanical problem with his rig and the truck driver pulled his 18 wheeler truck off the highway and onto the right shoulder near mile marker 65, approximately two miles west of the city of Hellertown, PA.

HAMSHIRE, Texas — An eastbound semi tractor trailer collided with a passenger truck and overturned releasing the highly toxic and corrosive chemical isobutane. Isobutane is used as a feedstock in the petrochemical industry. It’s flammable and corrosive and can be fatal if inhaled in large amounts.

Shortly before 7:00 a.m. Tuesday morning 51 year old truck driver Joaquin Garcia Morales of Oxnard, CA was driving a semi tractor truck loaded with a cargo of gravel south on California State Highway 154. Mr. Morales owned the semi truck and had leased the two trailers he was hauling. He had just picked up his load at a quarry near Santa Ynez.
